Gayatri and Geeta

Gayatri

Gayatri and Geeta  were found wandering the streets in South Sacramento. Gayatri had a frayed rope around her neck, so evidently she had been tied up and the rope broke so she and Geeta escaped what was surely going to be a backyard slaughter situation, at least for the baby. Gayatri may have been used for breeding the babies for their meat. They were taken to Front Street Animal Shelter and held for the 5 days required for the owner to claim them. Animal Place came and got them when they were not claimed. Animal Place kept both girls at Rescue Ranch for six weeks while PreetiRang prepared for them.
